Glyntwrog House Betws-y-Coed

As the Wales Tourist Board’s National "Welcome Hosts of the Year" in 2000 and Regional "Welcome Hosts of the Year" in 1999 and 2000 Pat and Ken guarantee guests (future friends?) the very warmest of welcomes to Glyntwrog House.

 Glyntwrog House, which was built in 1885, nestles at the edge of the beautiful village of Betws-y-Coed in five and a half acres of peaceful woodland and enjoys spectacular views of the magnificent Conwy Valley. The house provides guests' with a peaceful haven but is, nevertheless, within easy walking distance of the extremely popular picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.

We are very proud that the quality of the facilities and services which we provide at Glyntwrog House has been officially recognised by the Wales Tourist Board who have awarded us a much sought after Four Star grading (only a small percentage of WTB members throughout Wales have achieved this status). The WTB's Quality Advisor's report stated that:-"Glyntwrog House provides excellent accommodation coupled with exceptional hospitality. The qualitative standards expected of a four star guest house have certainly been met"

You can choose to take breakfast only or by prior arrangement partake of our sumptuous 5 course home cooked evening meal.

Individual tables for all rooms. We have a residential licence and a large selection of wines at very reasonable prices.

All Bedrooms are ensuite and recently refurbished to the highest standards.
