Fairhaven Hotel in Betws-y-Coed North Wales |
|
Food and Hospitality have always been part of the attraction and today, tourists are afforded a dizzying choice of cafes, teashops, restaurants and hotel in this most beautiful setting.
Philip and Karen a brother
and sister team carry on this tradition of generous hospitality with
friendly efficiency. They recognise the changing taste and lifestyle of an
increasingly demanding clientele and relish the challenge. This is reflected
in the Restaurant which features a wide and varied menu where the
Traditional Roast sits comfortably
Philip is in charge of the kitchen and the food end of things, while Karen runs front of house, from reception to rooms, with experience and flair. Traditional Afternoon Teas remain a popular attraction with Home Made Scones, from a secret family recipe as good as anything in Wales. A regular clientele visiting year after year are testimony to their hard-earned reputation for value for money, comfort and friendly service. The Fairhaven lies at the centre of the village overlooking the river Llugwy and close to the famous Pont-y-Pair Bridge with it's waterfall and leaping salmon. Our restaurant is open daily to non residents and is fully licensed. Bed & breakfast from £20.00 pppn. |
