Jenny and Rob Shepherd offer you a warm welcome to their home. Dolweunydd was built around 1880 and has recently been refurbished for the comfort of guests and private off road parking.

Rob is a qualified chef and creates a varied and sumptuous menu using fresh local produce. A comprehensive breakfast menu and quality evening meal are served in the very pleasant dining room which is set with individual tables. A slate, iron and tiled fireplace is the focal point of the room. To complement the cuisine our Residential Licence enables guests to enjoy wine and spirits with their meals.

The lounge enables guests to relax in comfort. There is a colour television and a selection of books and games.

Dolweunydd has 5 bedrooms (2 twin / 3 doubles) all furnished to a high standard and offering en-suite facilities, colour television and hospitality tray.

The cottage (double bedroom) is sited in the garden away from the main house and offers B&B accommodation in a quiet and relaxing location. Meals are served in the main dining room. The double room has en-suite facilities, colour television and hospitality tray. Features include beamed walls and ceiling and a lobby entrance.

Guests who play golf can enjoy a 25% discount at the beautiful Betws-y-Coed Golf Course whilst staying at Dolweunydd.

Snowdonia National Park

Snowdonia has spectacular views and beautiful scenery wherever you go, mountains wooded valleys, lakes, rivers and waterfalls. There are many walks from gentle forest tracks to hill walks and scrambles. There is a wealth of history and places to visit. There are slate and copper mines, various railways, Snowdon, Llanberis lake and Ffestiniog.

Dolweunydd is situated on the left hand side of the A5 approximately a mile from Betws-y-Coed village centre in the direction of Capel Curig.
