Bryn Afon is situated in an enviable position in Betws-y-Coed. It's the perfect place if you want to spend time walking, climbing, mountain biking, playing golf, fishing, visiting historic sites, shopping or just looking at the mountains and waterfall from the front garden!

All bedrooms are well appointed and have central heating, Beverage tray, TV, most are en-suite. The bedrooms at the front of the house have stunning views over the river and waterfall, those at the side of the house overlook the mountains and River Llugwy - a wonderful sight to wake up to!

  • Room No.1 - Double Bedroom with compact en-suite - Views of the River Llugwy to the side and fields to the rear.

  • Room No.2 - Double Bedroom en-suite - Spectacular view of the River Llugwy and Pont-Y-Pair (Bridge of the Cauldron - Built in 1468).

  • Room No.3 - Twin Bedroom en-suite - Views of the River Llugwy and Pont-Y-Pair (Bridge of the Cauldron - Built in 1468) to the front.

  • Room No.4 - Small Double Bedroom with compact en-suite

  • Room No.5 - Double Bedroom with Modern Private Shower Suite - Views of the River Llugwy to the side and fields to the rear. (Please note that the Shower Suite is not en-suite but is for the Private and Exclusive use of Room 5 guests only)

  • Room No.6 - Double Bedroom with Spacious Modern en-suite - Includes additional area having 2 Futon style beds (Futon beds only suitable for Children aged between 6 and 16). Views over the River Llugwy and Pont-Y-Pair (Bridge of the Cauldron - Built in 1468).

Breakfast

A hearty cooked breakfast is served in the Guest Dining Room between 8:30 and 9:00am.

Guests are asked to order their Breakfast the night before so that all cooked food can be freshly cooked in the morning. The following is typically available for Breakfast:

  • Tea, Coffee (decaffeinated on request)

  • Fruit Juice - Usually Orange & Apple

  • Cereal - Usually Cornflakes, Weetabix & Muesli

  • Toast with Jam and Marmalade

  • Cooked Breakfast
